Mix the flour, wheat germ, salt and milk powder. Add the oil and the chicken stock. After combining the ingredients well, knead the dough well using all-purpose flour as needed. Take a tablespoon full of dough, roll it in some extra wheat germ and place them on an oiled baking sheet. Flatten each ball and bake for 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate the biscuits after they cool down.
